HR Manager

37 hours per week; weeks per year negotiable; will be discussed at interview.

Grade J: £33,820 to £37,261 gross (pay award pending)

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional, skilled, and highly motivated HR Manager to support the academy’s HR function.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational and strong people skills and be able to provide a comprehensive HR service to the academy and manage the day to day operations of the service.

The post is up to 37 hours a week, either full year (52 weeks) or Term Time only plus 4 weeks, or by negotiation. The advertised salary is based on full time and a 52 week contract.
