Rob’s retiring, and Emma’s taking a step back to focus on herself for a while. They’ve done a remarkable job for the last three years as joint Heads of Faculty….and now we’re asking you to step into the breach.
You’ll be energetic and ambitious. But you’ll also be ‘people-focused’ and have a passion for developing colleagues and students. We want to appoint a colleague who will add to our classroom practice and ensure that every student gets the full benefit. This role might be: an obvious next step for you; a leap beyond what people expect or, the opportunity to ‘land’ in the school you’ve been looking for.
We’re rather proud of our English curriculum. It’s unusual, beautifully-curated and full of texts you might not have taught before. We explore them together with our classes.
