Our teaching staff are organised into eight Faculties. Each faculty is staffed with specialists who plan and teach their subject discipline.

Each subject curriculum includes:

• Carefully selected content that reflects the breadth of the discipline and matches or exceeds the ambition of the National Curriculum
• Work at the right level for students’ development, that increases demand over time
• Sequences of learning that help students review their growing knowledge, skills and understanding
